Defines, assumes and communicates to all personnel and interested parties the content of its Integrated Management Policy, in order to transmit to all job levels its position in relation to:

This policy is based on a line of action based on continuous improvement in all aspects related to quality, environment, and health of workers, prevention of serious accidents, safety of facilities and food and social responsibility, as well as the correct allocation of responsibilities of the members of the organization and in the achievement of the following strategic objectives:

• Guarantee a high degree of protection to people, property and the environment, through the means, structures and the established Management System.

• Always satisfy the needs and expectations of the client, constantly monitoring their satisfaction.

• Ensure the participation of all personnel in the Integrated Management System and communication between all departments of the organization, as well as the adequate definition of functions and responsibilities.

• Ensure compliance with the objectives and goals proposed by the organization, as well as the development of investigation and correction mechanisms in case of non-compliance.

• Minimize production risks through proper maintenance of facilities, processes, equipment and temporary shutdowns.

• Identify and evaluate the risks of serious accidents, adopting a system to evaluate their consequences and act preventively against them.

• Plan actions in the event of foreseeable emergency situations, as well as prepare, check and review emergency plans in the applicable areas within the scope of our Management System.

• Permanently ensure the safety of the CO2 produced and those derived from fish production and the food quality of these.

• Develop new projects under sustainability and viability criteria, which, in addition to being profitable for the organization, generate economic benefits in local communities and contribute to their development.

• Establish and supervise ethical criteria of conduct that guide the way to act during the performance of professional activity throughout the organization.

• Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements associated with our activity, as well as other requirements that the organization may subscribe with clients or other interested parties.

• Provide the company with technical and human resources to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and services at competitive costs.

• Carry out the production of CO2 fish derivatives and electricity with the least possible environmental impact and with the least risk to the health of our workers.

• Adopt and apply safe procedures for modifications that must be made to current and future facilities and processes.

• Investigate any type of accident and / or incident that arises to make decisions aimed at eliminating the causes that have produced it.

• Promote and carry out management based on principles of gender equality and non-discrimination based on race or ethnicity, nationality, socioeconomic situation, language, ideology, religion or belief, union, sex, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, age, parentage or personal appearance.

• Establish alliances with interest groups for the sake of mutual benefit and based on criteria of communication, dialogue, commitment and transparency.

To ensure compliance with the aforementioned strategic objectives, the Management of NEOELECTRA GROUP has established a system that includes, among other actions, the performance of internal audits, the periodic review of this management policy, the holding of meetings around the evolution of the Integrated Management System and the established objectives and permanent monitoring of customer and stakeholder satisfaction, thereby ensuring compliance with the objectives and effectiveness of the established Integrated Management System.

The organization of NEOELECTRA GROUP is structured to ensure the achievement of the objectives described in the Integrated Management Policy, the proper assignment of responsibilities and compliance with the requirements of the reference standards of our Management System.

This policy is communicated to all the staff of NEOELECTRA GROUP and is available to all interested parties who work for the organization and / or on its behalf on the organization’s website, remaining within the reach of the competent bodies of the Autonomous Communities related to the application of the regulations on serious accidents.
