Ethics and complaints channel of Neoelectra Group

At Neoelectra Group we are committed to complying with the ethical principles on which our day-to-day lives are based, as well as with all the applicable current legislation.

We have a Crime Prevention Plan, the objective of which is to prevent the commission of crimes within our company, as established in the Spanish Penal Code.

This Crime Prevention Plan is made up of the Code of Ethics, the Criminal Compliance Manual, the Zero Tolerance Plan against Corruption and the Whistleblower Channel Policy.

Neoelectra Group has a Whistleblower Channel so that employees, suppliers, and third parties can communicate, safely and anonymously, any conduct that violates the ethics of the Neoelectra Group or involves the commission of a criminal act.

This Complaints Channel is not intended for the management of union petitions and / or claims for labor rights, for which the Human Resources department is at your disposal.

Data Protection

The personal data that you provide will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of NEOELECTRA GROUP (SC HIDROENERGÍA IBÉRICA, SLU), with address at Edificio Euro 3 Frederic Mompou Street Nº 5 – 3rd Floor rd 08960 Sant Just Desvern – Barcelona, ​​in order to manage notifications, carry out the investigation of the reported facts, adopt the pertinent corrective measures, and inform you about the result of the process.

Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be communicated to any third party, unless the corresponding authorities so require.

In any case, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by email -attaching a copy of your ID- to the email of the Regulatory Compliance Commission mentioned in this form.
